Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Was asked to give a preferred delivery date, which I did and my order was placed several weeks in advance of this date, present arrived 2 days late and then only the wine arrived. Emailed to ask where the chocolates where and they hadn't been sent, they arrived 4 days later and they weren't the ones I ordered. I know the current situation is difficult but overall I found it was disappointing as it was for my mum's birthday.”

“A bit difficult to review really, a good concept as all are letterbox sized and some nice gifts but unfortunately a lot items were out of stock at the time when I ordered, suspect this is more to do with ongoing COVID-19 supply chain issues and increased demand for mail order goods thanks to the shops being shut. The item I ordered arrived quickly and was a very appreciated gift, so overall good experience. I will be back to shop again in hopefully easier future times!”

“First time I’ve used Letterbox gifts I came across it in an article whilst searching for a lock down bereavement gift for a close relative that would be uncomplicated but pleasant to receive, there was limited stock (presuming this is because everyone else is doing similar ) I brought the thinking of you gift set which was perfect and although I haven’t seen it was gratefully received and described as beautiful . It is a shame that some of the available sets are tied to specific occasions as I would of liked to send more as birthday Presents also general‘ just because‘ gifts for friends and family that l can’t see at the moment, might be difficult to achieve but I’d have brought more if what was available was less specific. On the delight of the recipient I would use you again, but one small criticism is that although there a shipment sent service there is no track and trace on the service I’m not sure if this is because of current circumstances or if this is standard, Although I must say my parcel arrived much earlier than 8 working day lead time !”

“I received a Letterbox gift for my birthday in February. It looked and smelled amazing. I thought this would be an ideal gift for my friend for her birthday. Especially given the current situation I thought Spa Night in would be perfect. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.”

“I just received one of your boxes as a very thoughtful gift from a friend after my mother passed away. I wanted to say how beautiful the box is - it is just the most wonderful thing to receive - beautifully presented, smells amazing (candle already burning) and feels personal even though I know she didn't send it directly herself (if you know what I mean).”
