“I received a letter box gift on my birthday from a friend who lives in Austrailia. I live in Scotland and did not expect this. It was so lovely and thoughtful. The products are lovely and are packaged in such a nice way, as a result I bought one for a different friend for her birthday and she loved it.”

“Prompt delivery & a nice gift box. However, the box that was delivered was completely different to the one that was delivered!! Thankfully the gift went to a woman so they were none the wiser, had the 'for her' gift box (rather than the intended chocolate box I ordered) gone to a man I'm sure they would have been a little confused as to why I sent them tea lights and skin balm!!!”

Dear Morwenna, Many thanks for taking the time to send this feedback. I can see that an alternative gift set was sent in error. Many apologies for this. We're looking into how this has happened. We hope the gift set was well received and feel free to get in touch with us directly should you have any queries. Kind regards, Letterbox Gifts

“I received a letterbox gift myself last year (pamper box) and thought it was lovely, beautifully packaged and all the items inside were of a good quality. So when I needed to send a friend a birthday gift as I wouldn’t be seeing her, I immediately thought I would look at the Letterbox gifts website. My friend was delighted with her birthday gift box which arrived on her birthday as requested and I was very pleased with how easy it was to order on line, it’s also something a little different to sending flowers.”
