About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “I understand from my neice that the gift was nice. I haven't seen it, so don't know. Ordering was easy. However, it is disappointing that you ask what date it should be delivered and it then arrived the day before. I understand that you have no control on the post office, but why ask for a delivery date?”

“The gift selection and quality is good but the delivery options are very misleading. My sweetheart received her Valentines gift one day late because “Tracked 48” delivery means it will arrive in 2-3 days. I placed my order on Feb. 12.”
