I received one of these as a gift. Very expensive for the amount inside the hamper and I sincerely hope they didn't have to pay extra for postage. Gluten free items are always overpriced and we have to put up with it. Also, my postbox was broken when they tried to put it through as it was a tight fit.

I don't want to leave a bad review but my package never arrived at its final destination and I can't get through to anyone to see if it was returned to store? It was to arrive the week of September 4 2023 and still no news.

I think these hampers are overpriced and the quality of the contents is dubious. Some of the items are practically inedible. It all looks lovely with good packaging, but I think some quality control needs to be done on the contents.

Ordered 6 for my team to do a virtual Chrimbo party ... everyone's turned up with the exception of mine a week later .... after numerous emails asking for tracking .. underdtand it was peek period .. that being said my team loved the hamper great quality

Having placed the order prior to 2pm as per website info and paid additional for next day delivery item did not arrive for two days. Contacted Letterbox Hampers directly on a few occasions leaving a voicemail with details of delivery and my mobile number asking for someone to call me. Nobody made any attempt to call. Disappointing service delivery and lack of customer reply. Won’t be using again.

Paid for next day delivery which did not come on time. Tried to contact company using email, instagram and Facebook and never received a reply. Some items were not what I ordered- they had been replaced. I was not informed of this. One of the items I ordered had broken up inside it’s packaging.

Paid for next day delivery which did not come- this may be the fault of the delivery company. Tried to contact them via email, Instagram and Facebook and never received a reply. Received no tracking information or updates on where my package was. Two of the items in my box were not what I ordered. The biscuits I ordered were all broken up- again this may be the fault of the delivery.

The hamper was a week and a bit late arriving. I emailed and had no response. When i phoned i was told that it was taking Royal mail longer to deliver, however 2 days after the call i had an email saying that the order had been dispatched- so it hadnt been sent out in the first place. When i got the hamper, it was not the same as i ordered. I emailed about it but have received no reply.

Extremely long delivery time despite the 2 days suggested. No reply from customer services when this was chased (took 8 days to arrive). Overpriced for what it is. It looks great, but probably less than £10 worth of stuff you could have got at M&S. Quality and flavour of products definitely first class, that was the only plus side. I certainly wouldn't use this service again. Over priced, slow and product a little disappointing. Great idea - long way to go!

I ordered a Letterbox Hamper and paid extra for next day delivery, unfortunately, the package wasn't delivered the next day. I emailed Jonathan but still haven't heard back from him or any of the team as to why the hamper was delayed. I would say although the product is lovely, the customer service is not good at all.

Feedback on the hamper was good but I chose a named delivery day for the hamper to arrive on a birthday and it wasn’t posted until that day. Pretty poor.

The hamper I ordered was very nice and came as described online, however as I had ordered the hamper for a 90th Birthday and for a particular day to be delivered on - it arrived 2 days late so marred the occasion somewhat.

The hamper was smaller than I had hoped and it arrived well after the date I had asked for (by 5 days). I understand these are tricky tones for postage but was still disappointed.

Was sent this as a corporate gift and was largely disappointed if I’m honest. Delivery was 3 weeks despite selecting and paying for the 2 working day option and though it was a gift, I would have been disappointed in the value of the items had I been purchasing directly.

Great idea, but failed to deliver item by requested date. Ordered weeks ahead, for June 1st delivery. Despite sending 5 emails to ‘Jonathan ‘ requesting a callback never heard back. Did finally arrive but the celebration date had passed

When I ordered this item, the delivery date was confirmed. I heard nothing other than an order confirmation email. My friend’s birthday came and went and it was clear that she hadn’t received her present. I emailed the company to find out what had happened, but no one contacted me to apologise or explain what has happened. Instead, all I received was a despatch confirmation a day or two later. The parcel did arrive and my friend said it was lovely (but she would!), but I’ve felt quite disappointed by the whole experience. I know these have been challenging times, but this has also been when some amazing companies have stepped up and delivered outstanding customer service. Sadly, I don’t feel that I can say the same for this company.

I loved the idea of the hamper but unfortunately the service was poor. I booked the hamper weeks in advance stating the date I wanted (a birthday present from my little boy to his Dad). The date came and no hamper. I emailed and did not receive a response but a 'your hamper is in the post' email which leads me to believe my hamper been forgotten about. 4 days later the hamper arrives and it does not have the items as described (custard cream chocolate swapped for dark chocolate with coffee for example, which my partner hates!). As no one in our house would eat the swaps - the box became very poor value for money. I understand supply issues have been an issue with COVID-19 and I want to be sensitive to that fact but there is no excuse for poor communication to customers - a simple "sorry but we don't have this in stock - could you choose an alternative" email would have been greatly appreciated; especially when there was plenty of notice to do so. Really disappointed.

Hi I ordered a cheese letter box hamper to my Boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary as we couldn’t spend it together. Was disappointed as the personalisation note was not in the box so he didn’t even know who gave it to him and thought it was a free sample through the post. He was sent another one the next day with the personalisation note in but the initial surprise of it was ruined. Biscuits were bit broken which must be down to the delivery but he did enjoy the cheese!

I’m still waiting for it to be dispatched. Order 3 weeks In Advance of requested delivery date for dads 70th. No response from seller to know what’s going on with order.
