The hamper was a week and a bit late arriving. I emailed and had no response. When i phoned i was told that it was taking Royal mail longer to deliver, however 2 days after the call i had an email saying that the order had been dispatched- so it hadnt been sent out in the first place.
When i got the hamper, it was not the same as i ordered. I emailed about it but have received no reply.
