“Order didn't arrive on time despite paying for next day delivery and ordering before 1pm. It also wasn't the correct order that arrived and there was no notification to explain why that had happened. This is the second order where this has occurred so my suggestion would be to order from another company.”

“Parcel did not fit through our standard sized letterbox, so I had to collect from depot. 2 items went out of date this month. 1 item was missing altogether. Phoned customer services regarding dated/missing items, they shrugged it off, despite the premium that my gifters had paid for this product. I will be strongly discouraging anyone from using this company again.”

“Ordered for friend about two weeks before birthday. It arrived one day late which was very disappointing. Emailed company and completely ignored my email so big thumbs down here for non-existent Customer Service. Obviously would never use again and looking through reviews, although mostly excellent, the couple that contact the company with a problem consistently are ignored - very bad form.”

“The wrong items were delivered in my hamper, as it was a gift and was delivered very close to Christmas I did not return the item but have sent correspondence to this company 3 times and am yet to receive any response.”

“Order made before Christmas, for Christmas delivery, didn’t arrive. I’ve tried to make contact via email but nobody ever got back to me. Nearly £50 wasted and a Christmas gift not delivered- very disappointed.”

“I mistakenly ordered two of the same hamper, I was charged for both despite emailing the company on three separate occasions to point out my mistake. As requested there was only one hamper delivered, but I have never had an acknowledgment of my emails or a refund for the accidental order.”

“Requested a delivery in late November for the 12th December, It is now the 25th and I am still awaiting confirmation of postage, and despite having emailed them three times I have not yet received an update or any response whatsoever. Disappointed.”

“I purchased 6 boxes, 1 box came and oh was I shocked at how small they are . We added up the candy and it can be bought in a store for £3.46 . They said it’s justified because it’s put into a box nearly so people are paying over £25 for a brown cardboard box!! I have been waiting weeks to get my money reimbursed. Please DO NOT ORDER from this site . I would appreciate if someone can answer my message on Instagram. Elizabeth”

“I ordered a Christmas edition letterbox hamper for a secret Santa gift. Ordered it in good time and chose the 2 day delivery option. But 1.5 weeks later and the hamper has still not arrived. Despite making contact with the company via email and social media to follow up on the delivery i have received no response. So at the moment the company has my money but have not delivered the item. There are lots of other reviews like this. I would be very wary of ordering from Letterbox Hamper and I will never order from them again.”
