Having placed the order prior to 2pm as per website info and paid additional for next day delivery item did not arrive for two days. Contacted Letterbox Hampers directly on a few occasions leaving a voicemail with details of delivery and my mobile number asking for someone to call me.
Nobody made any attempt to call.
Disappointing service delivery and lack of customer reply.
Won’t be using again.
