I ordered a hamper on 13th Jan 2021. It still hasn't arrived and No-one is replying to emails or getting back to me regarding the hamper. VERY DISAPPOINTED and £33 out of pocket.

Given 1 star as don’t think you can give zero. Ordered a parcel for my partner on 17th April. Now the 4th May and still not arrived. I understand orders can be late especially in the current climate. However, I have emailed and had no response. This is extremely bad customer service in my opinion.

It’s a great idea to have a letterbox sized gift. The items are all excellent quality. I enjoyed the coffee themed gift and I sent a ‘choose your own ‘ for a friend which was greatly appreciated.

My fiancée was recently sent a letter box hamper and we were really chuffed with it. My best friend has been in hospital for nearly 5 months, so I thought I’d send one each to him and his wife. No alcohol for him but rum for his wife🤣 As expected, they were as chuffed at receiving them as we were. Thanks again for an excellent idea

Parcel did not fit through our standard sized letterbox, so I had to collect from depot. 2 items went out of date this month. 1 item was missing altogether. Phoned customer services regarding dated/missing items, they shrugged it off, despite the premium that my gifters had paid for this product. I will be strongly discouraging anyone from using this company again.

Paid for next day delivery which did not come on time. Tried to contact company using email, instagram and Facebook and never received a reply. Some items were not what I ordered- they had been replaced. I was not informed of this. One of the items I ordered had broken up inside it’s packaging.

While the contents of our choice of Letter Box Hamper met our expectations, and those of the recipient, the delivery was four days late, which was a significant disappointment. You should be made aware that the Royal Mail has become very unreliable for delivery of packages during the pandemic, and this will certainly be a factor in our future choice of online gifts.

Extremely long delivery time despite the 2 days suggested. No reply from customer services when this was chased (took 8 days to arrive). Overpriced for what it is. It looks great, but probably less than £10 worth of stuff you could have got at M&S. Quality and flavour of products definitely first class, that was the only plus side. I certainly wouldn't use this service again. Over priced, slow and product a little disappointing. Great idea - long way to go!

I ordered a Christmas edition letterbox hamper for a secret Santa gift. Ordered it in good time and chose the 2 day delivery option. But 1.5 weeks later and the hamper has still not arrived. Despite making contact with the company via email and social media to follow up on the delivery i have received no response. So at the moment the company has my money but have not delivered the item. There are lots of other reviews like this. I would be very wary of ordering from Letterbox Hamper and I will never order from them again.

I’m sorry to say my present for daughter did not arrive! I have called the company and sent 3 emails regarding this and the customer service is shockingly bad as I’ve had no reply!

Difficult to write a review at this point as it was supposed to be a Christmas present for people in Spain. I asked for it to be delivered just before Christmas but it's already been delivered. Not quite the effect is hoped for to be honest, and I'm slightly concerned the contents won't be fresh enough (cheese for instance). So maybe I should write a review later when the gift is opened, but at the same time, I'm disappointed right now.

Bought 5 vouchers from Groupon, 2 chocolate hampers to be delivered on Same day to same address, only one received. Unable to contact company. Have emailed 5 times , phone number is not in use. Now in talks with Groupon. The one that did arrive was certainly NOT worth the £18 I paid, let alone the £30 they wanted without the voucher. Appalling company!!!

The package came 3 days late and two of the items were wrong. I have sent 3 messages to them all with no reply so far. Extremely poor service on all sides. I'm looking for a full refund and return if they ever get back to me.

Paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later. Emailed ‘Jonathan’ twice and heard no response, not even an effort to apologise for the delay. Certainly won’t be purchasing again.

Placed an order via notonthehighstreet with a specific delivery date 8 days in advance for my Dad’s birthday. It never arrived. I sent 2 messages to the seller on notonthehighstreet and 1 on Facebook. I didn’t receive any response. I contacted notonthehighstreet and complained so they sent me a refund. We’re all struggling through trying times at the moment but there’s no excuse for not contacting your customers to keep them updated if there is a problem fulfilling their order. So upset that I wasn’t able to get a birthday present to my Dad in time when he’s having such a difficult time providing 24 hour care to my very sick Granny who should be in a care home but can’t be admitted to one at the moment. I’m getting my money back but no one has apologised.

Hi I ordered a cheese letter box hamper to my Boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary as we couldn’t spend it together. Was disappointed as the personalisation note was not in the box so he didn’t even know who gave it to him and thought it was a free sample through the post. He was sent another one the next day with the personalisation note in but the initial surprise of it was ruined. Biscuits were bit broken which must be down to the delivery but he did enjoy the cheese!

I emailed Jonathan about my disappointment at the bespoke hamper I had ordered. Items replaced with others which pretty much negated the ‘bespoke’ element. I didn’t receive any reply to my email so all in all pretty rubbish really.

I ordered a Whiskey Lovers Letter box on April 25th to go to a friends for their birthday on the 3rd of May. I recieved an email saying it would arrive on Saturday 2nd of May and they still have not recieved it. This may be due to the postal service and the current situation however I have emailed 3 times now asking for some information but I have not received a reply at all.
