Arrived 1 date late, no reply to three emails sent asking for an update. No call back to voicemail left. Products good, customer service very very poor.

Bought 5 vouchers from Groupon, 2 chocolate hampers to be delivered on Same day to same address, only one received. Unable to contact company. Have emailed 5 times , phone number is not in use. Now in talks with Groupon. The one that did arrive was certainly NOT worth the £18 I paid, let alone the £30 they wanted without the voucher. Appalling company!!!

Terrible customer service. I purchased a hamper for my sister and family. They were unable to go on holiday due to covid and she has been working very hard for the NHS. I thought a treat would cheer them up. Unfortunately I got her house number wrong by one digit when ordering. Her neighbours received the box and had no idea who it was for so contacted the company. They were told just to to eat and drink the contents and that the company would contact me. No one from letter box hamper contacted me at all. I had to contact them to find out what had gone wrong. It was my mistake but I don't understand why I wasn't contacted as I could have very easily rectified the mistake, the neighbours were very happy to take it to the right person. I don't feel that I received good customer service from this company. My sister and I have been left very disappointed.

I paid for next working day delivery because the gift was a surprise for the last week at the address. The package did arrive in time and she had moved out by the time the package arrived.

Ordered a best of British letterbox hamper via not on the highstreet on 8th June to arrive on 19th for someone’s birthday. It still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had no response from letter box hamper.

The package came 3 days late and two of the items were wrong. I have sent 3 messages to them all with no reply so far. Extremely poor service on all sides. I'm looking for a full refund and return if they ever get back to me.

It was a lovely hamper with a good selection but I was very disappointed by the surface. I understand that would have been some delays but the hamper I had arranged took nearly two weeks to arrive. It had missed the recipient’s birthday by a week. I had emailed the company a couple of times with no response.

Price okay I had 50% off so cost £20.00. Defiantly wouldn’t pay full amount (£39.99) not worth it. I orders letter box flowers on or around 16th May 20 delivery was saturday 30th May 20. My Mum received the flowers followed the instructions flowers where beautiful. But on day 3 the withered and turned brown. Not impressed, Dint think I will be using your service again. June

Ordered 2 weeks in advance and they still failed to deliver on time. Really poor customer service. I understand they are short staffed, but I had also called them before ordering to confirm they could meet the date. They actually shipped on the delivery date! No body bothered to get in touch to let me know there would be delays. Would avoid unless you don't mind when things arrive - which kind of makes the service pointless.

Paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later. Emailed ‘Jonathan’ twice and heard no response, not even an effort to apologise for the delay. Certainly won’t be purchasing again.

Placed an order via notonthehighstreet with a specific delivery date 8 days in advance for my Dad’s birthday. It never arrived. I sent 2 messages to the seller on notonthehighstreet and 1 on Facebook. I didn’t receive any response. I contacted notonthehighstreet and complained so they sent me a refund. We’re all struggling through trying times at the moment but there’s no excuse for not contacting your customers to keep them updated if there is a problem fulfilling their order. So upset that I wasn’t able to get a birthday present to my Dad in time when he’s having such a difficult time providing 24 hour care to my very sick Granny who should be in a care home but can’t be admitted to one at the moment. I’m getting my money back but no one has apologised.

Ordered a hamper to go out for a friends birthday in Belgium. I knew it was leaving it late as post probably delayed, but it took over a week for it even to be prepared and shipped. No update, no info on a delay, nothing. When the order was placed, we noticed that we had not put who it was from in the message, so replied to 'Jonathan' who the confirmation email came from to ask it our names could be added to the message. No answer, no info and it was not done either. So in a delay in shipping of over a week, 'Jonathan' was incapable of adding a few words to the message or any sort of communication related to it. Very poor show, maybe a lesson in customer relations is needed. Even this questionnaire is incorrect, i can either reply as anonymous or as the person we sent the hamper to who does not know about the points above.

I emailed Jonathan about my disappointment at the bespoke hamper I had ordered. Items replaced with others which pretty much negated the ‘bespoke’ element. I didn’t receive any reply to my email so all in all pretty rubbish really.

Really disappointed with the purchase, realised with current situation maybe delays but item was very late and once received and opened by my relative really not value for money, I could have put a better selection together myself at a fraction of the cost. I emailed the seller twice to ask about delivery ie was there tracking and no response at all, I realise it will be busy but surely sellers need to at least let customers know if there is tracking or a delay. Unfortunately can't recommend and won't use again. I actually ordered from a different company something similar when I thought this parcel was missing it was half the price and full of goodies and got updates and tracking I know who I will go to in the future. Sorry to leave poor review but this company need to sort customer service out and review products and prices.

Received items that were not of a standard as those advertised it was called cheese lovers hamper and yet one of the cheeses was replaced by a flapjack the speciality nuts were replaced by shortbread if you cannot provide what is advertised you should remove that hamper from website total rip off
