Placed an order via notonthehighstreet with a specific delivery date 8 days in advance for my Dad’s birthday. It never arrived. I sent 2 messages to the seller on notonthehighstreet and 1 on Facebook. I didn’t receive any response. I contacted notonthehighstreet and complained so they sent me a refund.
We’re all struggling through trying times at the moment but there’s no excuse for not contacting your customers to keep them updated if there is a problem fulfilling their order.
So upset that I wasn’t able to get a birthday present to my Dad in time when he’s having such a difficult time providing 24 hour care to my very sick Granny who should be in a care home but can’t be admitted to one at the moment.
I’m getting my money back but no one has apologised.
