Given 1 star as don’t think you can give zero. Ordered a parcel for my partner on 17th April. Now the 4th May and still not arrived. I understand orders can be late especially in the current climate. However, I have emailed and had no response. This is extremely bad customer service in my opinion.

Awful, don't bother ordering custom boxes let alone multiples. Anything you select isn't guarunteed and can be replaced without notice. I ordered two boxes to the same adress and only one showed up, they even mixed up the addressee's names. Next day delivery meant absolutely nothing so it didn't make it in time and the worst part of all is I've sent TWO emails asking for help with no response at all, absolutely abysmal. I've paid for something that only half showed up.

I contacted the owner as the hamper hadn't arrived for my Dad's birthday. I had no reply just more marketing content and then the hamper arrived four days later. Still no reply either...

I ordered this for grandparents (as a surprise) and specified a specific date and next day delivery. It took 10 days to finally receive the parcel. After a week of ordering I had to spoil the surprise and ask my grandparents if they had received the parcel. I contacted the company twice and received no reply on both occasions. Very disappointed!

Funny how you can email for a review, yet you are unable to respond to my emails requesting an update on my order when it hadn’t arrived. When it finally did arrive, I emailed you again asking why the contents of my hamper was different to the advertised and why there was less items than described. I wanted to give you a chance to respond before I posted this review, but as you clearly have no intention of replying I will simply say ordering from your company is a lottery; fine if it arrives at all and as ordered, but if it doesn’t the company couldn’t care less! Definitely will not use or recommend again. Dreadful service and wasn’t worth the cost.

Appalling takes weeks to arrive and the cost is downright daylight robbery the sweet hamper box has at most £5 of sweets inside it so I’d like to know what the justification is for the £30 cost. Feel like I’ve been well and truly ripped off and sadly for Mei order 4 in total before 2 arrived still awaiting other 2 and been waiting for weeks

I cant believe that you have sent me this survey to fill in when I have tried o contact you for several days by email to say that the hamper has not been delivered. You don't leave a phone Number any where so verbally cant contact you. What is wrong.

I have used Letterbox Hampers in the past and always been happy with service. However I ordered two hampers on 6th April to be delivered on the 11th and they still have not arrived. I have emailed on three occasions but had no response. The payment has been taken out of my account. I am very disappointed by the service this time and it would put me off ordering again and recommending to others which I have done in the past.

An order I made on 4/4/20 which I requested to be delivered 11/4/20 my friends 30th birthday has still not arrived despite a notification to say it was in the post on the 10/4/20. I've emailed, left a voicemail and messages on social media to no response. Awful customer service. Also the discount codes in a hamper I received are invalid. I loved receiving mine and put two orders in for friends since that have both not yet been received, very disappointing.

I have not received my box and I have emailed three times with no answer. I ordered the package as a pick me up gift for my sister and now it’s chore for her to check many times a day for its arrival. I wish I got a tracking number so I could a ETA on the hampers arrival.

Unfortunately my hamper has still not arrived following the order 13 days ago (website says despatch same day with 3-5 day delivery). I understand there is a delay due to covid 19 however I've not had any communication from Letter Box Hamper despite three emails therefore I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day they never arrived. Still awaiting. Have emailed and called numerous times everything ignored and order still undelivered. Absolutely terrible service.

Unfortunately the box never arrived. I contacted Jonathan twoce by email and once on Facebook and I have not yet received a reply. My wife also ordered a package and received no response when she asked about its whereabouts. Happy to amend this if and when it has been delivered. Not impressed at all so far.

Ordered a hamper to be delivered on 9th April (even paid extra for quicker delivery) got an email to say my parcel had been dispatched on the monday 6th April...recipient has still not received their parcel...I’ve emailed twice and had no response!! Very unhappy.

I will be happy to update and amend this review if things change but unfortunately the hamper has not arrived and I've recieved no updates about its whereabouts. I was trying to be extra patient given the current situation and figured that there was possibly a slight delay, but the parcel was due at its recipient's house on 31st March and it was down as 3-5 days and i got the email saying that it was posted. Even with my leaving it a bit longer it's still not there. I'm worried about this as my partner ordered one a few days after me before we realised there could be a problem, and now we're worried that it wont arrive either. Would appreciate a response on this. Many thanks
