“I bought the British charcuterie hamper as a gift for my boyfriend after seeing a review from Sorted Food on their YouTube channel. He absolutely loved it! The selection and quality of the meats were great, and he especially liked the cured hams. The fact that it fits through the letterbox was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!”

“I ordered this for grandparents (as a surprise) and specified a specific date and next day delivery. It took 10 days to finally receive the parcel. After a week of ordering I had to spoil the surprise and ask my grandparents if they had received the parcel. I contacted the company twice and received no reply on both occasions. Very disappointed!”

“The contents of the letterbox was excellent. However, I was disappointed that the gift arrived one week ahead of the requested date. I realise that we are in difficult times, but this seemed a bit excessive. Also, I was disappointed that I could not use the £5 voucher which i had receiced from you in a gift I had personally received. The reason given was the corona virus.”

“I recurved 2 letter box Hampers for my birthday re ently. Although these products were quite nice, and I decided to purchase one for a cousins birthday, I tried to use the discount voucher I received in my hampers on ordering. The code did not work DESPITE advising Letter Box Hampers is emIl. Very disappointing and POOR ustomer care.”
