“I had received a Letter Box Hamper for an Easter Gift,and loved it so much,I decided to send some to family, to cheer them up during the lockdown-I loved mine,and they loved theirs ,including my young grandsons,who had a treat box of sweets.The contents are excellent quality ,attractively boxed, and packaged, for posting.”

“Excellent hamper. I got it delivered to a family member, who is having to work from home in isolation. I wanted to bring a little joy. It really made their week, not only receiving something possitive in the post, but also nibbling on special snacks as they worked. Was lovely to be able to personalise it by choosing the wrapping colour and including a note. Really great gift for anyone.”

“Things I liked: - The ability to customise the box - Still available in the current circumstances, No delay! - Pricing of shipping is reasonable Things I wasn't keen on: - The website is a little bit difficult to use in some cases - Don't understand the delivery date field when it was ignored anyways and sent on a date much earlier! - Emails were not responded to, which provides uncertainty in service.”

“Sent four letter box hampers, all were absolutely delighted with what they received. In particular the way they were wrapped as well as the quality of the products included. Definitely would send hampers again now I have found this organisation.”

“I received a gluten free hamper as a surprise gift & was thrilled with everything from the packagin,contents etc so much so that I sent a chocolate lovers one to a friend last week she was delighted loved everything in it & we both agree it’s a fabulous idea...from ordering to delivery the service is 1st class & has a very personal caring feel to it all...will definitely use again”

“Funny how you can email for a review, yet you are unable to respond to my emails requesting an update on my order when it hadn’t arrived. When it finally did arrive, I emailed you again asking why the contents of my hamper was different to the advertised and why there was less items than described. I wanted to give you a chance to respond before I posted this review, but as you clearly have no intention of replying I will simply say ordering from your company is a lottery; fine if it arrives at all and as ordered, but if it doesn’t the company couldn’t care less! Definitely will not use or recommend again. Dreadful service and wasn’t worth the cost.”

“I ordered 2 boxes for my team to cheer them up, both were fine apparently, but one of them arrived 3 or 4 days late, despite paying for next working day delivery (one arrived on the saturday, the other on the following tuesday). I emailed LetterBox twice and received no reply, so couldn't get any confirmation or reassurance that they had been dispatched, or if there was any tracking information.”
