“It was really easy to order, and was delivered on the day I requested, for my friend's birthday. She really enjoyed it, and commented on the packaging being really cute. I would definitely order from Letter Box Hamper again, as the process was really straight forward and felt very personal.”

“Given 1 star as don’t think you can give zero. Ordered a parcel for my partner on 17th April. Now the 4th May and still not arrived. I understand orders can be late especially in the current climate. However, I have emailed and had no response. This is extremely bad customer service in my opinion.”

“My friend loved it. Great company with quality products which were extremely reasonably priced. Fantastic personable customer service as well, I had made an error with my order and Johnathan couldn’t have been more responsive, kind and reassuring AND fixed the error! Really felt like I was dealing with an individual as opposed to a giant faceless company. I’ll be back! Thank you - Katie P.S. Covid understandably affected the delivery date; no criticism about this.”

“Awful, don't bother ordering custom boxes let alone multiples. Anything you select isn't guarunteed and can be replaced without notice. I ordered two boxes to the same adress and only one showed up, they even mixed up the addressee's names. Next day delivery meant absolutely nothing so it didn't make it in time and the worst part of all is I've sent TWO emails asking for help with no response at all, absolutely abysmal. I've paid for something that only half showed up.”

“When receive hamper the paper tapes holding the said hamper box was torn already!! Has someone tampered with the gift? E-mailed Jonathan and has yet to receive reply. Very disappointed on both accounts.”
