“I bought my daughter and daughter-in-law a letterbox hamper to lift their spirits during the Covid lockdown and they were over the moon! They said the gifts inside were top quality, beautiful packaging too. I would highly recommend these hampers.”

“Received items that were not of a standard as those advertised it was called cheese lovers hamper and yet one of the cheeses was replaced by a flapjack the speciality nuts were replaced by shortbread if you cannot provide what is advertised you should remove that hamper from website total rip off”

“It was really easy to order, and was delivered on the day I requested, for my friend's birthday. She really enjoyed it, and commented on the packaging being really cute. I would definitely order from Letter Box Hamper again, as the process was really straight forward and felt very personal.”

“Given 1 star as don’t think you can give zero. Ordered a parcel for my partner on 17th April. Now the 4th May and still not arrived. I understand orders can be late especially in the current climate. However, I have emailed and had no response. This is extremely bad customer service in my opinion.”
