“We were delighted with our cheese and biscuit hamper, such a lovely surprise to come through the letterbox. We have since ordered several for friends and family.”

“I ordered 2 boxes for my team to cheer them up, both were fine apparently, but one of them arrived 3 or 4 days late, despite paying for next working day delivery (one arrived on the saturday, the other on the following tuesday). I emailed LetterBox twice and received no reply, so couldn't get any confirmation or reassurance that they had been dispatched, or if there was any tracking information.”

“This is the second time I have bought a hamper as a present and each time it has been really well received. The latest was a whisky hamper for a ninety year old friend who was absolutely delighted. Beautifully presented and the content was first class. Lizzie”

“I sent the chocolate Letter Box Hamper as a present and the recipient was so thrilled with it, she remarked on how beautifully it was packaged and wrapped and i've heard great feedback on the craft chocolate included. I will definitely turn to Letter Box Hamper again in the future - speedy service and a fabulous product.”

“My Dad and sisters all loved their letter box hampers, I was able to pick one that was a little special for each of them. Delivery was delayed but that’s to be expected at the moment - when I spoke to Jonathan about the last hamper being delivered he was lovely! Will definitely be using again in the future and have already suggested this service to friends who are looking to send gifts. Thank you for helping me bring a smile to my families face when I can’t see them x”

“Due to not being able to see my mum on her birthday because of covid 19 I decided to send her a letterbox hamper, it arrived in good time and she absolutely loved it, full of all her favourite treats! Thank you very much, such a great idea!!”

“Appalling takes weeks to arrive and the cost is downright daylight robbery the sweet hamper box has at most £5 of sweets inside it so I’d like to know what the justification is for the £30 cost. Feel like I’ve been well and truly ripped off and sadly for Mei order 4 in total before 2 arrived still awaiting other 2 and been waiting for weeks”
