“Since I am based in Canada, I confess that I was worried about the delivery of the letter box hamper; it was a surprise so I didn't alert the recipent of the expected delivery date and was unclear on how / where she collected her mail. However, it was delivered without a hitch and she loved it! I took a chance on the cheese lovers hamper and it was the perfect gift. I was so impressed that I have now ordered another hamper for my father, who is originally from England but now resides in Canada. The hampers are appealing because of their size, and the contents are impressive. Thank you!”

“For some reason my latest delivery was not posted through the letterbox, and I had to arrange a redelivery attempt to a neighbour on a subsequent day. This should not happen. The range of contents allow me to choose a hamper suitable for a particularly challenging recipient, excluding spicy or slightly exotic items such as olives, and also items posing health risks such as nuts, seeds, alcohol, tea, coffee... always difficult for me, so I appreciate this.”

“Lovely personally chosen treats as birthday gift deliverable by normal post. Difficulty with post query by me resulted in a speedy response from Jonathan, feedback and resolution. “I was looking for a reasonably priced breakfast hamper to send out to clients to arrive on the morning of a scheduled 'cusotmer breakfast' meeting. After some thorought research (thanks AI!) I settled on Letter Box Hamper. Good price, great ingredients, flexible delivery dates. The meeting was on a Monday morning, and with hindsight I would have arranged the delivery for the day before as Royal Mail cannot promise a delivery before 9am. Can't comment on the taste, but feedback from the client was good!”
