“Present for another - it arrived a few days late, missing his birthday which I had specified as the delivery date, however he was pleased with it and is enjoying his tasty treats.”

“The contents of the letterbox was excellent. However, I was disappointed that the gift arrived one week ahead of the requested date. I realise that we are in difficult times, but this seemed a bit excessive. Also, I was disappointed that I could not use the £5 voucher which i had receiced from you in a gift I had personally received. The reason given was the corona virus.”

“Things I liked: - The ability to customise the box - Still available in the current circumstances, No delay! - Pricing of shipping is reasonable Things I wasn't keen on: - The website is a little bit difficult to use in some cases - Don't understand the delivery date field when it was ignored anyways and sent on a date much earlier! - Emails were not responded to, which provides uncertainty in service.”

“My Dad and sisters all loved their letter box hampers, I was able to pick one that was a little special for each of them. Delivery was delayed but that’s to be expected at the moment - when I spoke to Jonathan about the last hamper being delivered he was lovely! Will definitely be using again in the future and have already suggested this service to friends who are looking to send gifts. Thank you for helping me bring a smile to my families face when I can’t see them x”

“Lovely packaging, website was simple and good, email response was quick and informative about when it was shipped etc. Well received by my boyfriend which cheered him up in lockdown, only thing I would say is to have a little more variety when it comes to choosing your own, maybe a little pack of cards, mini board game, small book etc, something the recipient can do and interact with. Otherwise fantastic, definitely using again!”

“Bought this for my son as a gift. He really enjoyed everything in the hamper. I was a bit disappointed though that it arrived in a plain brown cardboard box rather than the blue wrapping paper that I had chosen.”

“Bought this as a birthday present, I think it's a great service with a good choice of British products. Box came traditionally wrapped which is a lovely touch all within a reasonable price. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is because one item was swapped out for another, but can understand why that may be in the current circumstances. Would highly recommend letter box hampers!”

“The letterbox hamper, a birthday gift, arrived ahead of time during the current Coronavirus situation. It was much appreciated by the recipient and ideal in the current climate as it fitted through the letterbox as described.”
