“It was said to be arriving on the Saturday But didn’t turn up until the following Thursday. This might not have been a problem normally but it was a thank you that needed to arrive quickly on the heels of the good deed. I understand the delays caused by Coronavirus but the messages did not warn of delays or give a wider range of dates. Disappointing.”

“Chocolate Lovers box arrived surprisingly quickly; quite literally the morning after purchasing! Box was well presented and lovely. The only issue was that the custard cream flavoured chocolate bar was substituted for something else in the box, with no forewarning that it wasn’t available. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, however the box was purchased specifically because it contained that chocolate. (The recipient has an almost unhealthy obsession for all things custard creams, and the box was purchased as a nod to this.)”

“The hamper was a great gift and the recipient loved it. However, I specifically paid For next day delivery to coincide with When they would be at home but this did not happen. I emailed the company to ask for an update and had no response. However, it got there in the end and am happy otherwise!”

“Came on time and well presented. All items were great quality and enjoyed by my husband. 2 items were not what I ordered. My feedback would be to tell customers when they buy that items may be substituted if not in stock. Or email to advise if the Substitutes. I had to email about this To understand why there were items replaced.”

“Absolutely perfect gift for the friends/family you can't see during lockdown. Sent gin lovers' hamper to my best friend and she was over the moon. Gorgeous selection of goodies and the environmentally-friendly packaging is an added bonus as well as looking beautiful.”

“My son and family were delighted with the produce from this hamper. In all fairness sit did take rather longer to arrive than stated but deliveries do seem to vary. Cheeses delicious as were the crackers etc.!”

“Excellent. However, I deliberately did not choose the almond snack as my friend Jessica is allergic to almonds. She received this by mistake instead of the honey I chose. Just wanted to flag this with you. She loved the hamper though. Thank you! Leanne”
