The contents of the letterbox was excellent. However, I was disappointed that the gift arrived one week ahead of the requested date. I realise that we are in difficult times, but this seemed a bit excessive. Also, I was disappointed that I could not use the £5 voucher which i had receiced from you in a gift I had personally received. The reason given was the corona virus.
