Things I liked:
- The ability to customise the box
- Still available in the current circumstances, No delay!
- Pricing of shipping is reasonable
Things I wasn't keen on:
- The website is a little bit difficult to use in some cases
- Don't understand the delivery date field when it was ignored anyways and sent on a date much earlier!
- Emails were not responded to, which provides uncertainty in service.
