“I didn't see the hamper but I have received one . It was lovely packaging and great treats inside. I'm wondering if you do a vegan hamper.”

“One of the questions on ordering was the option to choose the day of delivery. I selected the date I wanted the hamper to arrive and that date was quoted on all my confirmation details but the hamper arrived two days late, missing my mums birthday completely. However she was very pleased with the contents.”

“I paid extra for next day delivery and it came a day late , missing the recipients birthday, however considering the current situation with Covid-19, I'm not unhappy and the recipient was understanding. Excellent product and will order from again”

“I think the hamper are great and as a gift a good idea. My only complaint is when I ordered the box it asked me when I wanted it delivered. It turn up 3 days early”

“The gift was really well presented and my Dad was pleased with it. However, I was a little disappointed that the walnut crunch biscuits were substituted with a second packet of shortbreads. This would otherwise have been a perfect present.”

“It was said to be arriving on the Saturday But didn’t turn up until the following Thursday. This might not have been a problem normally but it was a thank you that needed to arrive quickly on the heels of the good deed. I understand the delays caused by Coronavirus but the messages did not warn of delays or give a wider range of dates. Disappointing.”

“Chocolate Lovers box arrived surprisingly quickly; quite literally the morning after purchasing! Box was well presented and lovely. The only issue was that the custard cream flavoured chocolate bar was substituted for something else in the box, with no forewarning that it wasn’t available. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, however the box was purchased specifically because it contained that chocolate. (The recipient has an almost unhealthy obsession for all things custard creams, and the box was purchased as a nod to this.)”

“The hamper was a great gift and the recipient loved it. However, I specifically paid For next day delivery to coincide with When they would be at home but this did not happen. I emailed the company to ask for an update and had no response. However, it got there in the end and am happy otherwise!”

“Came on time and well presented. All items were great quality and enjoyed by my husband. 2 items were not what I ordered. My feedback would be to tell customers when they buy that items may be substituted if not in stock. Or email to advise if the Substitutes. I had to email about this To understand why there were items replaced.”
