“This was a lovely surprise to receive through the post from our friends. I also bought one for my daughter and her boyfriend as a lockdown surprise. I have only rated this 3 stars as it’s a little bit expensive for what is inside”

“Not all items were received, no response to emails and no telephone connection. Items which were received could have been purchased at a fraction of the price.”

“The recipient loved it however it was delivered and addressed to us- the buyers which meant we’d accidentally opened it then had to re wrap and pay to post it to the correct person and address.”

“Excellent product. Bought a couple for different friends. However the impression is given that the day of delivery can be specified, then different delivery charges are offered! I found this a little disingenuous. Both friends were very happy with the gift.”

“I emailed Jonathan about my disappointment at the bespoke hamper I had ordered. Items replaced with others which pretty much negated the ‘bespoke’ element. I didn’t receive any reply to my email so all in all pretty rubbish really.”

“My son loved it especially the organic cheese (which he said he couldn't stop eating!) and he said the sweets really were a "tropical wonder"! All in all it was a very popular gift and arrived on time for his birthday in spite of it being during Covid 19 "lockdown", Thank you so much”

“I ordered a Whiskey Lovers Letter box on April 25th to go to a friends for their birthday on the 3rd of May. I recieved an email saying it would arrive on Saturday 2nd of May and they still have not recieved it. This may be due to the postal service and the current situation however I have emailed 3 times now asking for some information but I have not received a reply at all.”

“The actual hampers were really well received by my friends- they were presents for their birthdays during lockdown. However, on both occasions they arrived late despite paying for 2 day delivery and I did not receive a confirmation email for one of them. For both hampers and problems, I emailed customer service at letterbox hamper and did not receive a reply either time. Great hampers, rubbish customer service. A shame as I would have recommended them wholeheartedly otherwise.”
