“Ordered a suit the same size as always, usually buy from High Street retailers Next, Marks etc. Suit arrived costing over £200 and it was far too small! Emailed company they didn't respond very disappointed. Advertising didn't say the suit was cut small or that it was slim fit, it said regular. The company don't cover return postage but expect it to be signed for costing me £19 to return a suit that was incorrectly sized! The worst thing was the lack of response to my email! UPDATE Contact has now been made by Leonard Silver and the situation resolved satisfactorily, suit was detailed as slim fit my mistake, I did not notice this on the advert because it was not very clear, however I was impressed this company were keen to resolve the situation once they realised a reply to my email hadn’t been received! They also took on board the high costs of returning a suit! My advice check & double check sizes before buying. Thank you for contacting me I appreciate the good customer service”

“I was recommended Leonard silvers by my good friend Nigel Airbanks who bought a suit for his nieces wedding from here , so I booked a fitting for suits for my wedding. I got three peice suits and all the trimmmings for myself ,the best man and the usher the service was first class.

This shop is an institution in Hull, a go-to for quality, bought a lovely cap, paid a bit more than a Failsworth but you can tell the difference-highly recommended warm chatty amicable staff.”

Would have been 5 stars but the delivery let it down somewhat - I was promised the item would arrive on the Monday and waited in all day for this delivery, only for it not to arrive so I called the store back and it transpires that they still had not sent this out for delivery yet. When they did finally send it out, it did arrive the next day so had this occurred on the date as promised, it would have been a very speedy delivery service and 5 stars.”
“Very impressed with Leonard silver …extremely reasonable prices which at first made me question the quality of the tweed suit I ordered …but when it arrived it fitted perfectly …..it fitted my body shape perfectly as if it had been made to measure …the material felt great …the lining of the suit a bright collection of blues and purples in a peacock styled pattern …gorgeous suit. Will do me well for Cheltenham.
When my package arrived however it arrived unsealed and open and the tracking of the package was very confusing having to download an app which didn’t give a location despite saying it would .
