“My clothes arrived promptly and I was happy about that. However, it has taken TWO WEEKS to get my return processed, and that is 2 weeks after the returned goods arrive back in Hull. I am fed up with retailers who want customers and prospective customers to bank with them. I won't be using Leonard Silver again.”

In line with our returns policy refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
Your return was received on 25th April and your refund was processed on the 7th April.

“I do were size 42 waist trousers. I however ordered for size 44 waist trousers. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I have since sent to you which is about 2 weeks now for refund but I have not been refunded despite the fact that you have received the trousers.
I ordered for size 46 but it barely fit. Anyway since I like the trousers and it the biggest size you have, I have decided to slim down to enable wear it. I can now your sizes are smaller the scope, M&S etc. Have a look at it.

Sometimes on occasion items can go out of stock but we always endeavour to let customers know in a speedy manner. We usually ship orders on a next day delivery within the UK but if it is crucial you must have an item within a specific timeframe it is advisable to call us or email first.
“we came from Bradford we spent 5 hours at the shop the staff were a bit out of sort that you haven't seen any asian in your shop we paid in full and the chap wouldn't even give us a discount and not even a drink while we were there no problem we ordered the suits and we have to wait 7 weeks for them to be done all lifes matter we have to go back to Hull in beginning of December”
