“I requested for 10% discount, you gave me only 5% (other shops give 10%). Also, my correct size is S, but when I was buying my clau lug vintage poster shirt, I could not see size S to select so was forced to buy size L. See below, size S of a shirt I bought from a different shop.

“The suit was very smart, but ever item of the three piece suit was too small, having tried on the same size in Marks & Spencer & Next. So it's obvious that your sizes are smaller. Sent the suit back, I did send an email requesting a returns label, but no reply. It cost me £14 to return the suit, which was almost a week ago now. You did call me, so I know you have received the return, but I still haven't received my money back. So I would be grateful if you could do that on receipt of this email. Thankyou.”

The Suit you purchased our Harold Green Tweed Suit is advertised as a Slim Fit and designed to be close fitting. The sizing is correct but the cut is possibly different to other Suits you may have tried. It sounds like you need to avoid Slim Fit suits and try a Regular Fitting Suit.
With regards to the returns label this can be requested within the customer account.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

We don’t guarantee next day delivery as delays can occur but we always endeavour to ship next day if this is possible. We do explain this in our shipping policy. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery let it down somewhat - I was promised the item would arrive on the Monday and waited in all day for this delivery, only for it not to arrive so I called the store back and it transpires that they still had not sent this out for delivery yet. When they did finally send it out, it did arrive the next day so had this occurred on the date as promised, it would have been a very speedy delivery service and 5 stars.”
“Very impressed with Leonard silver …extremely reasonable prices which at first made me question the quality of the tweed suit I ordered …but when it arrived it fitted perfectly …..it fitted my body shape perfectly as if it had been made to measure …the material felt great …the lining of the suit a bright collection of blues and purples in a peacock styled pattern …gorgeous suit. Will do me well for Cheltenham.
When my package arrived however it arrived unsealed and open and the tracking of the package was very confusing having to download an app which didn’t give a location despite saying it would .
