Unfortunately Claudio Lugli changed the internal trim on the Skulls Shirt from Red to Navy without informing us so we accept this was our mistake for not spotting it before sending it out, however the correct shirt was sent albeit with a change of trim.
We reimbursed your return shipping as it was our mistake and we apologise for any inconvenience.
It would help us greatly if you would consider revising your review in light of our efforts to resolve the situation.
