“I recently bought a suit from these guys, unfortunately they didn't have all of the pieces in my size so there would be a delay.
I was fine with this but I had a concern that if after the wait I might then have to return it due to the fit. To put me at ease they sent another suit of the same type to check the sizes, complete with a free return label.
All no bother, all clearly communicated over the phone. They even called me proactively and offered this, rather than me ever having to chase them. So to say I'm impressed would be an understatement.”

I went to buy a new suit for an upcoming event and was measured to make sure the suit would and would fit perfectly. They listened to what I was looking for and after, tailored the suit wnere needed to fit. The tailor took that much pride and professionalism in their work they made the time to do all alterations themselves ready for me to collect later that week rather than it been given to a different person with just measurmemts needed fkr the alterations. Do not let an independent store put you off against the likes of skopes and suit direct, etc. All the team at the store are more than accommodating, and have no limits - nothing is impossible. They're not your typical sales people. You can see the passion to making sure the fabric, colour and sizings fit you perfectly.
Initially, I was skeptical about what suit to wear, only because I had limited knowledge and visions on how I should dress. Chris demonstrated and presented many different options which opened my ideas and both myself and my son walked away with tailcoats and custom made waistcoats - something I never thought I would see us in!
I'd also like to make a reference to Pete, the tailor who was absolutely fabulous with my 3 year old. I know first hand how difficult it can be to get a toddler to stay still while taking measurements and sizings but he did a fantastic job both suits fitted absolutely perfect.
To be completely transparent, it can get a little pricey depending on what you need but you pay for a service, and I would strongly suggest that it's worth it. Having said this, there is complete honesty and transparency from the team so you know straight away they're not trying to fleece you for your money.
