I was fine with this but I had a concern that if after the wait I might then have to return it due to the fit. To put me at ease they sent another suit of the same type to check the sizes, complete with a free return label.
All no bother, all clearly communicated over the phone. They even called me proactively and offered this, rather than me ever having to chase them. So to say I'm impressed would be an understatement.”

I went to buy a new suit for an upcoming event and was measured to make sure the suit would and would fit perfectly. They listened to what I was looking for and after, tailored the suit wnere needed to fit. The tailor took that much pride and professionalism in their work they made the time to do all alterations themselves ready for me to collect later that week rather than it been given to a different person with just measurmemts needed fkr the alterations. I highly recommend this company and store after the treaent, professionalism and respecti was shown and given.”
