“A very pleasant shopping trip to Leonard Silver where staff was attentive and went out of there way to make sure you was completely happy with your chosen purchase, with a wedding looming and the chosen suit needing some adjustment I was pleasantly surprised when the on site tailor called me to say my suit would be ready for collection ahead of the date they gave me, overall a fantastic shop and amazing staff, thanks to all involved with my suit purchase. Would recommend.”

“The shoes arrived promptly and were very stylish but sadly did not fit. The staff were helpful via email and the money was refunded the day after I returned the shoes (well done post office).”

“Drove down to Hull from Nottingham to see these guys and it was worth every mile, they couldn't do enough to help the service in the shop was brilliant and after measuring and alterations I've got a suits that's 'The Business' so so happy will definitely go out of my way again to see these guys.”

“Ordered a suit the same size as always, usually buy from High Street retailers Next, Marks etc. Suit arrived costing over £200 and it was far too small! Emailed company they didn't respond very disappointed. Advertising didn't say the suit was cut small or that it was slim fit, it said regular. The company don't cover return postage but expect it to be signed for costing me £19 to return a suit that was incorrectly sized! The worst thing was the lack of response to my email! UPDATE Contact has now been made by Leonard Silver and the situation resolved satisfactorily, suit was detailed as slim fit my mistake, I did not notice this on the advert because it was not very clear, however I was impressed this company were keen to resolve the situation once they realised a reply to my email hadn’t been received! They also took on board the high costs of returning a suit! My advice check & double check sizes before buying. Thank you for contacting me I appreciate the good customer service”

“I was recommended Leonard silvers by my good friend Nigel Airbanks who bought a suit for his nieces wedding from here , so I booked a fitting for suits for my wedding. I got three peice suits and all the trimmmings for myself ,the best man and the usher the service was first class. Fantastic choice of suits and very helpful with choosing shirts and ties that go with the outfit . We will all look very Dapper on my wedding day First class knowledge and service would highly recommend”

“Made two visits to Leonard Silvers, both times made welcome and was able to browse around without being harassed to see if I was ok. Only when expressed an interest in an item , the attention was excellent and answered all my questions. On the second visit ended buying the item if my choice”

“I can't comment on the suits but was given a nice guided tour, and the prices are very competitive in today's market for bespoke tailored apparel. This shop is an institution in Hull, a go-to for quality, bought a lovely cap, paid a bit more than a Failsworth but you can tell the difference-highly recommended warm chatty amicable staff.”

“Had been looking at the excellent website and popped in before Christmas. The items I wanted were available and excellent value, but lovely quality. My partner really likes them. So good to go into the shop and choose items, lady was so helpful and measured everything for me. Brilliant service and can highly recommend.”

“Really friendly and helpful service. Good range of products. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery let it down somewhat - I was promised the item would arrive on the Monday and waited in all day for this delivery, only for it not to arrive so I called the store back and it transpires that they still had not sent this out for delivery yet. When they did finally send it out, it did arrive the next day so had this occurred on the date as promised, it would have been a very speedy delivery service and 5 stars.”
