We don’t guarantee next day delivery as delays can occur but we always endeavour to ship next day if this is possible. We do explain this in our shipping policy. “I firstly used their ask a question service and almost missed the email response as i did this about 6pm, it was answered the same day at abput 11pm which was totally unexpected. There were very help full with the response and advice also. Once i put an order through there was a minor problem, they followed up with both an email and phone call, once the problem was rectified the items were sent and recieved very quickly and were in great quality.”
