Yes unfortunately the Hunter Green Suit you ordered was out of stock in the long fitting although we did offer to the make the Suit for you. If you remember we did send a regular fitting out to you to try on and did explain if you did want the suit we would need to make it.
When you decided to cancel the order we had to wait for the items you had to be returned to us which arrived on the 16/01/25 your refund was processed on the 17/01/25.
Refunds can take 3-4 working days to be processed by the banks.

“Purchased a beautiful suit just before Christmas. It was delivered promptly but had a slight issue with the jacket.
The guys moved heaven and earth to find me a replacement and got it to me in time for Christmas!

“I do were size 42 waist trousers. I however ordered for size 44 waist trousers. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I have since sent to you which is about 2 weeks now for refund but I have not been refunded despite the fact that you have received the trousers.
I ordered for size 46 but it barely fit. Anyway since I like the trousers and it the biggest size you have, I have decided to slim down to enable wear it. I can now your sizes are smaller the scope, M&S etc. Have a look at it.

“I called up to enquire about a jacket and as I live too far away to pop in. The young man, who I later found out his name was Bret could not be more helpful. He tried on a jacket that was in-store and described how it felt as we seemed to be similar build. On his recommendation I bought they jacket.
