One month old just about and the dimmer switch does not work properly and making a clicking noise be careful looks like a reconditioned second hand torch and I paid for a brand new one really disappointed as this was a birthday present from my daughter 🫤

Disappointed, make something as simple as a torch so complicated. With all the functions into one button is an absolute joke. I love the power and reliability of led lensers as i have bought multiples over the years, however it might be time for me to change brands and get back to basics one press on the button for on MAX light another press for off.

needed a new charger for ledlenser H7Rcore which is unavailable (and has been for quite a while now) so ended up buying a complete new H7Rcore costing £70 and postage which was delivered 3 days late when paid for 3 day delivery

So. Having waited more than the ten days specified delivery I was promised next day delivery..... Someone waited in between 4 and 5 in the afternoon and no delivery. Received a message at nearly half past seven to say it wasn't going to be delivered. Finally the package arrived and I'm one charging cable short. Now two emails to your customer service and still no reply. Shoddy. Won't be using you again.

Hi Stuart, after the original parcel was lost in transit, there was a rush to get the replacement out on a next day service and in the hurry, one was packed rather than 2. The additional delay was from the courier, we were unaware of this and of course it is not ideal. I am sending the second cable to you straightaway using a tracked courier. I do appreciate your feedback and will look at ways to improve, particularly with resending parcels. Regards, Jude

I had a ledlenser Maglite x21. The battery tube got flattened. I only wanted to know if the new x21 rechargeable pack would fit the old x21. Easy. No. Some really pathetic responses followed. I was clearly not making a warranty enquiry. I was making a sales enquiry to buy a new battery pack. The first guy Jamie, idiot, referred me to the warranty people. Despite me telling him this was a sales enquiry. The warranty people who were asked the same question ie will an x21 rechargeable tube fit an old x21 referred me to their sales website. Absolutely, pathetic customer service. You should all know that stuck batteries in a Maglite are common and that you will get zero customer service from them. They are complete idiots. Steer well clear of them. I will never buy another Maglite. Don’t you either. There are far better, much cheaper, more powerful torches on Amazon uk. Extraordinarily disappointed with them

LedLenser and Maglite are 2 different manufacturers. We are the authorised retailer for Led Lenser torches and sell only current models. You were referred to the warranty team as they may have had prior knowledge of whether Led Lenser batteries were compatible with other older torch manufacturers. I would recommend approaching the company that made your torch - Maglite.

Really happy with the actual torch from led Lenser. The issue was with the pouch that the torch comes with. The stitching was already broken apart as I pulled it out “new” from the box. I emailed customer support immediately however I have since heard nothing back. Very disappointed in led customer service. Unfortunately could not recommend to a friend given the faulty pouch but mostly because no one has replied to my issue

MH4 must be one of the most basic and cheapest models on the MH range. I always find paper instructions to be a challenge but the plastic casing and metal clip just collapsed at my first attempt of installing the battery. I won't be recommending and I would advise that you buy a more expensive head torch than this model.

I bought the bike mount for the p7r. The click/rotation graduations are spaced way too far apart. 2 or 3 degrees of rotation at the torch throws the light around 1 metre to the left or right. Ive tried mounting it all along the handle bar and different flood to spot settings and it was never right. I've tried to make it sit between clicks but it'll just find it's home in a matter of seconds. I couldn't get it just right unless I had it shinning just in front of my wheel, which is dangerous.

I bought a Ledlenser H8R head torch and was horrified to find it came in plastic packaging that isn't even recyclable. This product should have been sold for years just in a cardboard box preferably made from recycled cardboard. Until companies become environmentally friendly they will get bad reviews from me.

Hi Mike, We understand, and are also trying to be environmentally friendly with the packaging we use. Unfortunately, we are retailers of LedLenser rather than manufacturers so we cannot change packaging on the individual products - but we're working on it! All of our warehouse packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel. We are communicating with our suppliers to change this. I would highly recommend NOT to buy this case if you have the H7R.2. Its far to small and feel I have been miss sold by LED LENSER. After a number of attempts I managed to get it to fit by practically screwing it up which when you spend that amount on a good quality head torch you shouldn’t have too. Think the design team need to go back to the drawing board.

Ordered a torch, paid, had an email saying it had been dispatched. No torch arrives. Wait a week. Still no torch. Contact customer services, the agent apologises and asks if I would like a replacement, I say yes, the agent says no stock for 5 weeks. Now - did they ever really dispatch the torch I ordered? I think not.

THE BATTERY CONNECTOR INSIDE THE BATTERY HAS BECOME DETACHED, RENDERING THE HEAD TORCH USELESS AS I CANNOT CHARGE IT. DID NOT EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN WITH A UNIT THAT COST SO MUCH

I received a faulty head torch and waiting for replacement. So far the response from the team has been very good. Send me another review request when the replacement arrives and I’ll let you know! Replacement arrived and has the same problem. Passed on to a different department for advise! Grrrrr! All taking up time and energy ! Not happy

Hi Annie, I'm sorry to hear about your problem with your Ledlenser torch. This does not sound right and we have contacted our distributor to see if there was any issue with the torches reported. You can email details of your LedLenser product and the problem to support@ledco.co.uk Depending on the problem they may be able to diagnose the problem remotely or will give you return details for repair or replacement if in warranty.
