Really happy with the actual torch from led Lenser. The issue was with the pouch that the torch comes with. The stitching was already broken apart as I pulled it out “new” from the box.
I emailed customer support immediately however I have since heard nothing back. Very disappointed in led customer service. Unfortunately could not recommend to a friend given the faulty pouch but mostly because no one has replied to my issue
