“I wasn't shopping I have just purchased an LED Lensor head torch which I used for a 50 mile hike overnight which I was very pleased with and I am trying to register it for warranty and find the website not very self explanatory.”

“I ordered a torch on 04/03/2018. It arrived on 13/03/2018 and was defective. The service improved after that when I phoned and was sent a returns label instantly. I returned the torch for a replacement the same day. Let's see how long it takes for the replacement to arrive!”

“My XEO 19R .......... is GREAT !!! Long battery life, night becomes day, best lamp I have bought. I Highly recommend this product. Lots of fixing adaptors come with it too. :-)”

“Some years back now my wife purchased a very nice "car Lenser rechargeable torch" that fitted nicely in my car and when needed produced a really powerful light. Unfortunately the type of rechargeable batteries it used are no longer available so I have been forced to purchase a new Lenser torch to replace it,I hope it will be as good,the old one is now just so much rubbish,great pity. Just received my new torch!!!!!! rubbish !!!!!! You require Two hands to turn it on/off (!) and if it is wet or your hands are you really have a problem,what on earth was wrong with a push button???? Do NOT recommend at all.”
