I received a faulty head torch and waiting for replacement. So far the response from the team has been very good. Send me another review request when the replacement arrives and I’ll let you know!
Replacement arrived and has the same problem. Passed on to a different department for advise! Grrrrr! All taking up time and energy ! Not happy
