“Delivery of torch was quick and without problems.The torch is small and light and appears well made.The on/ off button is low profile and not readily found when wearing gloves.l like the fact that the beam strength starts low. The changing of beam strength is what let's the torch down. Change mode is Cumbersome aspecislly if in a rush. For the price would have expected longer beam reach. This may be due to not yet being use to selecting the high output. The sequencing dose not readily move through the options. If I had tried first probably would have chosen a different torch”

“I absolutely loathe and detest companies that ask for “a review” on their products without ACTUALLY LOOKING AT WHAT WAS PURCHASED! I bought a charging cable,,,,,it’s hardly thee most technical nor awe inspiring item to review? What I will say is it’s “EXTORTIONATELY PRICED” , I recon wholesale cost is less than £2,,so a 400% mark up is robbery ,,,and a further £3 to post what was almost a matchbox shape ( utterly ridiculous waste of packaging), weighing less than 100g!! So all in all, I’d never consider buying here again, just get the cheaper version that’s the same, off eBay!!! Now who do I send the bill for my time spent on this utterly pointless review????”

“Delivery was pretty quick considering I asked for the name engraving option. The only slight disappointment was that the reboxed torch was a bit "grubby" and should have been wiped spotless before re-boxing after the engraving job. Take this on board as customers expect a high level of professionalism. Otherwise, operation-wise the torch itself is up to my expectations fully.”

“The torch is of good quality but smaller than expected. It is, however, complicated to use because there are so many functions all from one button. What I want is a simple but very bright torch that I can widen the range or focus down. In about 68 years of using a torch, I have never needed a strobe, pulse, blink, position or SOS or anything other than a bright light. It's useful to have the different levels of brightness but most of the rest is just complication I don't need and makes it difficult to use.”

“The products are superior and customer service is very good but I have to mark them down slightly as I never received the tracking information and the parcel sat at the collection point for several days. A shame, although customer service resolved in minutes.”

“Dealing with LED Lensor to purchase my torch was an easy enough process however the first torch i ordered was shown as in stock and then i just didnt receive any communications or a torch. Turned out it was out of stock so i asked what was in stock of a similar spec. I was told nothing basically so asked for a refund. That evening i went on their website and ordered a very similar spec torch for similar price and it turned up a few days later. Torch is great once you figure out how to use it (its not that simple!) but initial service i received should have been better if i am honest so left me a little dissapointed.”

“LED Lenser P7.2 is an excellent torch but as with a previous torch I have owned, the plastic battery holder has fallen apart. Compared to the torch build this part is flimsy and weak.”

“Generally impressed, only point is; quality of plastic used for battery cover and torch mount could be improved. I’m always care when opening the battery pack as I feel the snap lock will break.”

“The product is wonderful. The ledlenser website is terrible as it is too stylised. All I wanted was straightforward technical information with which to compare products. What I got was a creative agency’s fantasy puzzle of opening, sliding, closing images and text within windows. In the end, I gave up and found the information elsewhere.”

“Too bright when on charge. There are too many over bright LED lights on the road in our world already on cars. Fine if you are driving to help you see safely but not helpful if you are on the receiving end and dazzled. LED Headlights on 4X4s are that much worse and the more intimidating too. Hence why older people don't drive at night and why your bright blue charging light is too bright. I have to put a cloth over it in the car to stop it dazzling me at night when on charge. Our eyes are so sensitive. More is often not more! Your customer. Simon Smedley”
