“Absolutely appalling customer service! Firstly I never even received a confirmation of my order so had to proactively chase daily for updates, then when I wanted to return the item that caused more waiting for them to reply and finally after returning the item it took nearly 2 months, yes TWO months to receive my refund which I had to chase daily for!! Once I was refunded I just got an automated text message, no one from customer service even had the decency to reply to any of my emails! Absolutely shocking”

Ordered a jumpsuit for a wedding and it came in a wrong size ( instead of Uk 8 they send me Uk14 ) I didn’t get much help from them even it wasn’t my fault!!
Had to chase them for a while finally send back my jumpsuit hopefully will be no problem with my refund! I’ll get it different way if I have to..

“Bought from them for the first time. Didn’t like how it fit me so decided to return it. First of all they made me pay for returns but I thought, sure it’s a small company, so I understand. Then they took 2+ weeks to process my refund. When they finally processed it, they only returned the blazer and tried to claim I didn’t send back the trousers. They told me the parcel doesn’t look tampered with and the weight was only the weight of one item (400g on the dot is what they quoted). I found my return receipt (thank God!) which stated it was 1,390g that I sent back (keep in mind the packaging was just plastic). So they Tryina tell me the trousers alone were nearly 1,000g ? Anyways they tried to scare me into getting my money back from the post office and not from them. And we’re so rude throughout the whole thing, had me feeling like I was a liar and a thief. Disgusting experience will never buy from them again.”

“I was returning a dress online due to poor quality, and was really disappointed by lack of communication and the time it took to hear back from the company regarding the refund. I contacted them 13 days after posting back the item, and then had to comment on their Instagram to get their attention. Then it was a further 2 days until I actually heard from their customer service team. I'm still waiting for my refund. I won't be using them again, as they were really unhelpful and I don't think the quality of the clothes is very good.”
