“Lavish Alice clothes are off excellent quality, delivery and customer care are exceptional also. Unfortunately I was sent clothes on more than one occasion that was already worn and actually sent back a worn dress that was repackaged and sent to me again. I feel the problem obviously is in the warehouse area and products are not being checked when returned. Apart from this the style is very beautiful.”
“The quality of the dresses I purchased was great, but unfortunately the top half of the dresses was far too big and ill fitted. I'm a size 10 and the top half is more like a 14 as the sleeves and straps kept falling down. Additionally, it took too long for my refund to be processed”
