Like so many others … I have not received my refund. I am owed £160. The company received my items mid Dec and I still have nothing back. Morally they are very questionable. This company needs to be properly investigated. In my opinion customers are taking a big gamble ordering directly from them. Their reputation is poor.

After doing further research, the company went under in 2016 and have went under again. Was told there was new owners however checking companies house that is a lie. Matthew Newton has always been and is still, apart of this company. The fact he is refusing to pay the money he owes his customers is an absolute disgrace. Think you just need to give up now.

Dress return on 25 januari. Stil No money back! Only respons that There was A owner switch om 10 februari and now I lost my money.

Refusing to give me my refund as they have been taken over by new owners, emailed multiple times and just keep getting ignored. Don't waste your time with this company!

Terrible Customer Service Terrible Customer Service. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I returned a dress because it was too large for me so, I ordered a smaller size. This was on 13th JANUARY 2023. More than a month right now. And I paid 160€ for dress plus 30€ for delivery service. Almost 200€ and I have no answers, no dress and no money. Unbelievable. Such a shame... DO NOT BUY AT THIS SHOP. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER! I’ve returned two dresses, never received a confirmation of the return. So I cintacted customer service about it a couple of times, but never got a reply… Company sucks, still trying to get my money back…….

My purchase was impossible to track. It was not possible to even reach Lavish Alice. The phone number listed was not in use and email responses take 2-3 days. I also had to incur the cost of the return to the UK which was around €20 euro. Absolutely ridiculous non stress free service.

I ordered 2 dresses from Lavish Alice on the 27th of September for 2 occasions. It's now the 14th of October and there's still no sign of the dresses arriving. I got an email twice since asking to review my latest purchase that I still don't have. I have been onto customer service and still no sign just the same tracking number. It's a joke. I would whole heartedly recommend staying away from this company if you need a dress or outfit! So disappointed.

Would never order from this company again. The sizes are not properly cut right and I returned all items back a month ago and still waiting on my refund no reply’s from customer service had to pay for returns absolutely totally disappointed in this company and will be my last time I ordered from them. Todays date 9th October and still waiting for a refund items sent back 12/09202:

I placed an order at the end of April, one of the items was damaged (stained) on arrival and I was offered a 40% refund to pay to get it cleaned, which was a lovely gesture! Unfortunately, the discount was applied to one of the items that I actually returned instead of a full refund and now, a month and a half later I am still waiting for a full refund for the dress I returned and the 40% discount that was offered. I have sent multiple emails explaining the situation and given my number so someone from Lavish Alice can call me to discuss, as clearly they do not understand what has gone wrong however no one has bothered to call. I don't normally leave negative reviews as I would prefer to deal with the company directly however on this occasion, as this has still not been dealt with I am hoping this may help to resolve the issue, finally.

Do not use this Company! They do not refund your money despite having proof it has been delivered back to them. Their customer service is awful!!

Loved their refined clothing, now they’re suing me. I had no issue paying Lavish Alice custom’s duty on imports. I have spent thousands throughout the years investing in a timeless eclectic wardrobe. Lavish Alice made an error on my last purchase using FedEx Express that I did not concur with as my order wasn’t urgent. Lavish Alice is now suing me via Control Account PLC and FedEx Express. Buyer beware.

I wish I knew how awful the customer experience would be before I spent so much time, energy, money and stress dealing with Lavish Alice. I ordered a dress for my cousin’s wedding, right as I clicked submit I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong size. They don’t have a contact number to reach out to- only email. So although I sent the email right away, by the time (2 business days) they responded, it was obviously too late as the order had processed. I tried the dress on and headed to Canada post to return it the very next day. $72 for shipping to return!!! If I wanted without a tracking number, $40. Which is already a lot so I opted for that. I emailed them to let them know I was returning the product, I was told that if the product doesn’t come within 14 days, I’m not eligible for the refund. I can’t control how quickly it gets there? But I kept getting the same response that it was policy, etc. I emailed 3 more times to follow up and was finally given the option for a refund or exchange. At this point (a month later) my cousin’s wedding has passed and so I opted for a return thinking “finally, I won’t have to deal with them anymore” and then I get refunded but not the full amount of the dress. The dress was $350 and I only got $280 back. I AGAIN emailed to let them know of this discrepancy, it was been a week and no response. I’m so disappointed, I will definitely not be shopping here again and I seriously wouldn’t wish this awful process on anyone else.

I ordered a dress about a week ago and payed $25 for shipping for a 2-5 day delivery it has been a week now with no update and I needed it for an event this weekend. I emailed the company and they have not responded ( it’s been 5 days!), I feel scammed!

I live in Italy and I order a jumpsuit from alice. I payed 9€ and something for delivery. I was supposed to receive from 2 or 5 days. Today sign 1 week and it's still in uk. You are the worst online store I ever buy something. You don't respond messages . Don't buy from them.

Still waiting for a refund for an item which was returned using a specific Royal Mail return service provided by the company. When I chased this up was told without me providing my tracking number they are unable to locate my return which had the original packaging and invoice inserted! (With all my personal and order details on) I am absolutely bewildered as to how they can do this to customers! I am now £50 down and wondering how many other customers they have done this to! Apalling!
