“I really wanted to give a 5 but I feel the delivery charge is excessive and also the length of time it takes to process a refund. I do love the products though. I wish you made it easier also to filter by size as 90% of the time, the stuff I like is never available in my size.”

“Pretty good customer service. I only put 4 stars because I was looking forward to an exchange but I was not able to get the dress. The pickup from DHL to send the item back was different but I appreciate that it went smoothly. And when I messaged them to update me on the exchange, they got back to me in a few hours and refunded me right away. Not all companies do this with the same efficiency.”
“AVOID THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND ! I send my dresses back and it's been 15 working days since they received them back. All they said is that they will flag this up and still nothing happens!!

After posting this review Amanda emailed me the next day and was very helpfull. She sorted the refund so now it is on my bank account. I did get a voucher which was a nice gesture. The dress that I decided to keep fit me perfectly so there was nothing wrong with quality of the product, just with the refund process. I still think the process needs to be smother and faster.”
