“Lovely earring, it's a little smaller than I thought it would be and a little expensive for its size. Arrived beautifully packaged. Saying that I would shop with Laura Bond again, I just have to start saving lol.”

“I've been a customer for many years now & I have never been unhappy with any of my jewelry! I get compliments all the time , the quality is so great & shipping is unbelievably fast! “I can highly recommend Laura Bond both for the beauty of their jewellery and for their outstanding customer service! I have been delighted with all of the earrings that I have bought from them, and I look forward to purchasing further pieces. When one of my earring clasps came loose, the Laura Bond customer service team replied to me that same day and offered to resolve the issue under the purchase warranty. “Can't rate these ladies highly enough. They are all so lovely and take the time with you. It's such a lovely place to visit. Their jewellery is beautiful. I went in for my 1st a year ago and now about to get my 6th piercing. (They are a little bit addictive) What's not to love. Go see for yourself 😍”

“I ordered a nose stud with labret fitting. Service was fast and delivery quick, however when I received the item it's very tiny and will not fit into my nose as it's too small. Obviously I am unable to return the item so I'm left very disappointed and out of pocket. I assumed this would fit as there were no options for different sizes. Item is pretty just no good for my needs.”
