“Started off great loved the dainty size however after a few days the gem started disappearing into my tragus pierced skin. Woke up to it covered & had to pull jewellery out from back. Tried on thinner part of my ear but started to swell also. Pity as loved the jewellery.”

It might be that the post needs some room for swelling if the piercing is irritated from changing jewellery. Having looked into this further, I can see that on Friday the 23rd, we sent you a prepaid returns label so you could send the hoop back to us. This allows our team to properly assess the piece in person and fix the issue for you. We're always happy to help when something isn’t quite right, and we take quality concerns very seriously. “I recently added my 6th piercing, and as always, the experience was absolutely first-class! The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional throughout the process. While picking out jewelry for my new conch piercing, I had the pleasure of being shown their stunning new diamond collection. There was no pressure to buy, but naturally, I gravitated toward a piece from that range, and it’s simply gorgeous! Sarah Gregory, my piercer, was, as always, exceptional—so professional, reassuring, and easy to talk to. The atmosphere of the shop was incredibly calm and inviting, and the ladies at the counter made me feel so comfortable. It’s truly a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a special treat—especially when, like me, you get the added bonus of a birthday gift from your hubby! “I was super nervous about getting a septum piercing but all the staff at Laura Bond were so lovely I instantly felt at ease as soon as I got in the door. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect which was a huge help. The only thing I would say was that as a petite person there wasn’t much jewellery available in a smaller size for my piercing and the only 7mm hoop available was out of stock at the time. Hoping that some more choice for smaller sized septum hoops become available soon! Would defo recommend Laura Bond to anyone considering a piercing and is a little nervous!”
