“I was very pleased with how quickly my lovely olive wood knitting needles arrived in South Australia. I only started using one pair last evening as the wool my daughter ordered for me took a long time to get here. I am very impressed with how smoothly the stitches move on the needles. I have been using bamboo needles for some time because they are much kinder to my arthritic hands than aluminium ones, and also much quieter, but I think my new favourites will be the olive wood ones, and I am really looking forward to starting the baby's dress I bought them for.”

“Having ordered several times previously and been very satisfied, I placed an order for 5 balls of Drops Merino extra fine in green. I'm well aware of how assiduous you are about filling an order, so planned my project accordingly. Unfortunately for me the Canada Post Office staff decided to go on strike - a very stupid move just before the holiday season began. But there was nothing to do but wait until a settlement was reached. There were many articles on TV and newspapers about the mountain of mail that was piling up. The strike was settled, and now the backlog is being tended to, so I am patiently waiting. One day, success will arrive! In the interim,may I say how much I enjoy having you as my source for Drops yarns. Keep up the good work! Barbara Jan, 14th - success at last! The parcel arrived this a.m. in excellent condition.
