“The size of my original order turned out to be too small for the room so I called Land Of Rugs and they said I could return it for a refund which I did. I found this simple enough to do and have since received the larger isze. Impressive rug to say the least and looks how the pics portray it I hasten to add. The colours have just the right amount of punch for my lounge / dining area so as you may guess I am as they say a happy customer. Oh what to buy next;-)”

“Excellent service. I had been trying to buy a specific rug with another company with no luck. I had a few questions about it as it was an expensive rug so needed to speak to someone. Land of Rugs picked the phone up immediately (believe me, that is very rare and extremely welcome!), and the man I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgable about the rug and gave me good advice. I had a specific date by which the rug had to be delivered and Land of Rugs ensured that it arrived on time and exactly when they said it would. And to top it all, the rug looks absolutely fantastic.
