“We bought a huge Celestial Rug to pair with the new corner sofa we have, and we are delighted with the finished look we achieved. The detail / mixture of colours really push the look, we could not have picked a better looking rug for our room’s needs. While it was almost a week before it arrived it was most definitely worth the wait, the delay mighyt have been because it is over 4 meters in length. Happy for sure :-)”

We have looked into this for you, we have no voicemails left from the number on your order form nor no emails within our inbox via searching using the email used for your order. It is up to the customer to return items back to us information for returns can be find some information here: https://www.landofrugs.com/returns-information/ You did order from us on the 31st May therefore you are outside of our 30 days which we prescribe for returns. I have however noted on your order that we will allow an additional 10 days which will have given you 45 days to return your unused item back to us. Please note all items must be returned unused and well packed to prevent damage during transit. We are always happy to help, please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm.
