“The rug was lovely really nice quality heavy rug delivered quickly. It is a buttery cream colour rather than ivory. Unfortunately you do have to pay courier costs to return so I am hoping the colour fades over time. The service was great.”

“Ordered Maia runner whichcost £70, description says - discontinunities in rug to give distressed look. I presumed this meant pile might go in different directions but no I was mistaken this actually means plastic mesh is clearly visible in places! Cost me £9.95 to return. Extremely unhappy with purchase and would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone else. Have tried to upload photos but system wont accept them - i wonder why??”
