“quick to get here after ordering looks nice as well. took a while to go flat after getting here rolled though.”

Helpful Report

“Quick delivery and its the biggest size of the rug that I went for so I am pleased with the service provided. The rug is called Twilight and as far as I can see its terrific value for money.”

Helpful Report

“First class service with this company, well organised and very well run from my experience. The super looking rug I bought is better than I imagined, I'm full of joy and can't praise them enough. Five stars easily.”

“I found land of rugs really helpful when I had a query and am very happy with my purchase of a large rug . I would recommend it 100%”

Helpful Report

“The size of my original order turned out to be too small for the room so I called Land Of Rugs and they said I could return it for a refund which I did. I found this simple enough to do and have since received the larger isze. Impressive rug to say the least and looks how the pics portray it I hasten to add. The colours have just the right amount of punch for my lounge / dining area so as you may guess I am as they say a happy customer. Oh what to buy next;-)”

“Tom was brilliant in assisting me change the delivery address on my order after I placed it, he also made sure it came on the day of my choice. It gets better, I love the rug and have since seen it on another site and they are selling it for a lot more. I highly recommed Land of rugs:-)”

Helpful Report

“Easy to use site and more styles designs and types of rug than I knew existed. The rug I orderrd is as good as expected while delivery was fairly fast for us. Only 4* as we missed the discount code on the page which would have saved about us about £35.”

Helpful Report

“More than happy with the Dune rug which looks way better than the images online. next day delivery was also a bonus and I would be glad to shop here again.”

Helpful Report

“just like the picture beautiful colours and the pile is so lovely and soft. perfect”

Helpful Report

“I have to admit I was nervous ordering for the first time from Land Of Rugs especially as I wanted more than one rug. I picked 3 and ended up sending only one back which was not as much hassle as I thought it would be. The 2 I kept hold of are nice looking and to my eyes well made. Because of this experience I will have total confidence when I buy next time.”

Helpful Report

“Easy site to get arround and find what you want, good quality and just what I needed in the rug sale section; I actually found it cheaper in that section of the website (luckily the size I needed was there). Shipping time was for me excellent as I needed something fast. Very glad that I found this site I will be using them again.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service. I had been trying to buy a specific rug with another company with no luck. I had a few questions about it as it was an expensive rug so needed to speak to someone. Land of Rugs picked the phone up immediately (believe me, that is very rare and extremely welcome!), and the man I spoke to was really helpful and knowledgable about the rug and gave me good advice. I had a specific date by which the rug had to be delivered and Land of Rugs ensured that it arrived on time and exactly when they said it would. And to top it all, the rug looks absolutely fantastic. Very happy customer. Will be using them again.”
