“My old rug from Land of Rugs has lasted so long that I was concerned that I might not be able to get a new look alike. Great to see that it was still available to buy online. Even though the old one still looked OK it is good to see the sharp looking new one.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review, it allows us to see where we both excel and also highlights areas that we need to focus on. I have reviewed your order, you purchased this Monday evening which was also a Bank Holiday, one rug was delivered to you within 1.5 days of you ordering and the second on the fourth working day due to them being dispatched from two different warehouses which my colleague had mentioned on email during communication with you. In terms of the rugs purchased, these are found within our cheap rugs category as they are made with lower grade materials so that we can provide rugs at more affordable prices. We strive to find a good medium between quality and price however, the more premium the rug, the higher the quality of materials used which is also reflective in the prices of our mid to premium ranges. I empathise that you may feel you received a below standard service however, looking into the notes, communication and delivery, we have acted promptly and efficiently within our time frames set and our service level standards as quoted on our website.
