“Lovely rug, good quality and a fair price. Landform Rugs was easy to deal with. Rug was dispatched in Belgium and shipped via UPS. This is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. Received a notification that the red was going to be delivered and stayed in all day. Checked status on the website and saw notification that a request was made to change the delivery day. After 10 minutes I managed to speak to a person who was most unhelpful and said it would be delivered the following day. Other than that all good.”
