“Like the rug, didnt like the expired discount code. I even called them but they said the sale had ended a day ago. whuy does one day matter?”

“I received my rug but they sent a different size to the one I ordered. They collected and exchanged it the next day but why did it happen in the first place?”

“Land of Rugs advertised order by 22nd Dec for pre-Christmas delivery, I placed my order on the 21st, but was sceptical about the delivery. The Rug was finally delivered on the 6th Jan, Royal Mail seemed to give it the run around, it went via 5 depots before finally being delivered. I tried to contact Land of Rugs between Christmas and New Year, no contact was available, I guessed that they had closed for the week, which was understandable. The Rug, good colour, we liked the design and has a soft feel although it is relatively thin. It is spoilt by the sharp creases, it does seem that one or two are there permanently. The rug was rolled very tightly for transportation, the extended delivery time did not help.”

“The quality of the rugs are fantastic. They are good quality luxurious rugs. Unfortunately the courier service used DHL are appalling. I ordered three rugs and have only recieved two; as DHL decided to leave it in the communal area of the flats where i live. Rugs brilliant, delivery shocking!”

“Unfortunately the colour of the rug, described as teal blue, is more blue than teal and does not coordinate with the room as planned. There were no instructions about how the rug could be returned which was a surprise. Have decided to put the rug in another room but it’s rather too large for the room. I have decided to “put up with it”. The rug design is lovely.”
