Land of Rugs advertised order by 22nd Dec for pre-Christmas delivery, I placed my order on the 21st, but was sceptical about the delivery. The Rug was finally delivered on the 6th Jan, Royal Mail seemed to give it the run around, it went via 5 depots before finally being delivered. I tried to contact Land of Rugs between Christmas and New Year, no contact was available, I guessed that they had closed for the week, which was understandable. The Rug, good colour, we liked the design and has a soft feel although it is relatively thin. It is spoilt by the sharp creases, it does seem that one or two are there permanently. The rug was rolled very tightly for transportation, the extended delivery time did not help.
