“I’ve had no feedback on my broken part Customer services you need to stay on top of things. Should not have to wait days for a reply. I’m waiting on a replacement broken part or I will return both lights and buy from another supplier who will respond. Apart from that the lights are great I just wanted to put them up if they weren’t broken Thanks!”

“Simply exceptional customer service - easy ordering and quick delivery. Upon arrival one of our items was slightly damaged, despite being the week before Christmas and in depths of COVID, they responded quickly and within a week I had received a replacement part! Great communication throughout to keep me updated aswell. I think you generally only get to see how a company really operates when you see how they manage issues/complaints and I can’t recommend them highly enough for this!”
